At LWD Studio, we take pride in providing high-quality web design services to our clients. We strive to ensure that every project meets or exceeds our clients’ expectations. However, we understand that there may be circumstances where a refund or return is necessary. Please review our policy below:

Refunds:

• We do not offer refunds for any web design services once the project has been initiated or completed.
• All payments made for our services are non-refundable.
• Once a project has been initiated, the client is responsible for full payment for the services rendered, regardless of the project’s completion status or satisfaction level.

Returns:

• As our services are intangible and tailored to the unique needs of each client, returns are not applicable.
• If there are any concerns or issues with the completed project, we are committed to working closely with the client to address and resolve them to the best of our ability.

Cancellation:

• If a client wishes to cancel a project before it has been initiated, they must notify us in writing as soon as possible.
• Depending on the stage of the project and any work already completed, a cancellation fee may apply.

Exceptions:

• In the rare event of extenuating circumstances, such as technical errors on our part or failure to deliver agreed-upon services, we may consider refunds or alternative solutions on a case-by-case basis.
